Just how big should we go?

To begin with let's consider that the platform for the clubhouse is 10'x16', how big should the clubhouse itself be? Remember, that we're going to want a deck, so consider the placement on the platform as well.:eek:

just remember if you build it just a wee bit smaller you could have a BACK porch too!!

Da Phantom thinks you should go with a 8 x 10
club house, other wise all your loser freinds will want to come over and hang out all day if you build it too large. Then they'll get too drunk and hurl vulgarities over the fence at your neighbors. But that's to be expected knowing the
